AALV has a multicultural, multilingual staff who helps new Americans from all parts of the world access integration services, including bridging case management, workforce development, behavioral health awareness, and interpreter services.

The Vermont Diversity Health Project helps LGBTQ patients identify friendly, supportive and effective healthcare providers, and offers training and support to enhance providers’ skills in working with the LGBTQ community.

The SBCAVT assists refugees, low-income, and religious minorities in establishing a home in Chittenden County by providing educational, cultural, and leadership development programs.
